Kathy Sperl-Bell is a retired Baby Boomer, Blogger, Writer, and Artist adjusting to life after working 24/7. She loves being active, yoga, painting and pickleball.
She founded an independent real estate brokerage in 2009 and focused on helping Baby Boomers plan for retirement. Coastal Delaware, where the brokerage was located, became a top retirement destination for Boomers in the Northeastern U.S. It was discovered due to favorable taxes, its central location, and more affordable housing than New York, Northern New Jersey, and Connecticut.
Kathy was born in New York, raised in Northern New Jersey, and only discovered Delaware in her 50s, so she could relate. In 2022, Kathy and her husband Bill sold Active Adults Realty and retired to the Florida Keys.
